Michael, I wanted to say thanks for taking the time to work with us on our difficult equestrian property here in San Juan Capistrano. You were instrumental in coming up w/ a market value which we used in interviewing real estate agents to list our property. Most of the agents were unaware that our home was zoned equestrian or even how to market our extensive solar array. With your advise we added a solar battery and car charging stations and the response by the many potential buyers was overwhelming and we ended up selling for $10,000 more than expected. We also wanted to thank you for pointing out a few low cost things which we did to “green the house up” and included it in the marketing. Since I became a real estate agent so many years ago I’ve been involved with and sought out probate properties throughout Southern California. I met you some years ago and have referred you many assignments and shared your name w/ many lawyers and others needing an appraisal.
